Wow, the last week has gone by quickly. I should have some photos of the complete Jersey Devil very soon.
I have been doing some indoor workouts lately, the temps here are unruly. Right now? 8 degrees. Last night I did some core work, and who knew that jumping up and down in your living room could be so painful. My legs were shaking afterward. The foam cylinder is my new best friend.
