• Happy Monday

  Busy, busy, busy weekend. Spent Saturday morning at POS to make sure that all of the available work was done before the end of the month...it's a billing thing. After that I drove to Readlyn (30 minutes away) to help my brother Eric reroof his garage. Needed to be taken all the way down to the frame.   Come on now, who doesn't like JELL-O®? It's like one of the few perfect foods available to you. Fat-free, can be sugar-free, and available in numerous flavors to get your tastebuds going. Mmmm. • Jibber-Jabber

  Made a few adjustments to the Six13 yesterday. Slight tweak in the nose of the saddle, turned the bars slightly forward, and brought the STI levers back just a bit.   Planned on rolling to Hudson and back yesterday afternoon but the cool breeze caused me to change plans and just roll though GW to stay in the tree block.   Another week has finally come to an end. This one seemed to be a bit crazy with work and preping for the 2007 season. Everything should be in order as much as it can be at this time.   Got the grocery shopping done last night and then sat around at home for a few hours chillin'. • Preping for next season

  So. Not a lot of riding lately with Rhea showing up a bit early, not complaining. I have written off October as my "rest and recovery" month and will start training for the 2007 season November 1ish. • How bad do you want it?

  Everythign is going really well on the home front. Rhea Jolie only woke up once last night which was really cool for both Amy & me. She's still an angel no matter how many times she wakes up though. :) Lots of people tell me that I am crazy for racing 24 Hour solo but, I think that it is more fun that way. During some races it helps to have motivation from spectators, friends, and families to keep the pedals going but sometimes you need to dig down deep.
