Well we received just an itsy-bitsy little dusting of snow yesterday, about a millimeter or so. Just enough for everyone to mash the gas when leaving the intersection and slam on the brakes while stopping. Ice rink intersections means that the locals aren't able to drive in the snow and slippery conditions just yet. Go figure. It's as if everyone needs to relearn how to do it every year.
