• It burns so good.....

  Thursday nights are roller nights and last night was yet another fantastic session. I started out with a light spin to get the blood flowing smooth and the muscles toasty warm while focusing on my form. After about twenty minutes I stepped up the pace to simulate some sustained effort climbing, put it in the big ring for a while to get the thighs a burnin'. Oh yea!! Feel It!! • Feelin' oh so fine

  More time spent on the rollers last night in my basement and I am feeling like a million bucks today. Did some resistance type work to simulate some extended climbs and the burn was just fantastic. Each interval seemed to get just a little easier than the last one and I just wanted to keep going. Alas, I had child duties and I acheived what I needed to on the rollers so enough was enough. • The Green Machine

  The Cannondale SystemSix road frame known as "The Green Machine" found it's way into the shop yesterday afternoon so I was able to touch and snap some photos of it. I present to you the 2007 Cannondale SystemSix frame in ProTour team colors of the Liquigas Pro Cycling Team. • Yea, it's cold.

  Spent Saturday in Minneapolis looking at motorcycles. Absolutley beautiful creations coming out of Italy yet again. I found another bike that I need/want. :) I need to find a higher paying job, anyone hiring? Lots of people there checking everything out, drooling over the bikes and equipment that the want, and just having a good time.
