More time spent on the rollers last night in my basement and I am feeling like a million bucks today. Did some resistance type work to simulate some extended climbs and the burn was just fantastic. Each interval seemed to get just a little easier than the last one and I just wanted to keep going. Alas, I had child duties and I acheived what I needed to on the rollers so enough was enough.
