Last day of a very long week in these parts. We have a new printing press at work and I have been put in charge of getting the printing plates layed out to be reliable for this press. Lots of moving images around little by little to get it all dialed in so that everyone that is concerned with running the press is happy. A good fit makes for a happy machine.
The tracking number that I have in my possession states that a new CX frameset will be arriving at
the shop for me today. It has me pretty antsy to see it and get the build up started even though I am going to be patient with this one and take my time building it exactly how I want it. Don't worry, I will post pictures this afternoon as soon as I can get them uploaded. It is still considered
TOP SECRET until I have it in my hands at which time I will unveil it to all of you. I have a few select parts sitting on my bench at home ready to go as well as a few parts that may actually show up today as well. Woohoo!!! Other then that, most of the build list is done and all I need is some time and money to get it all together.
Missed out on the rollers again last night due to some last second duties....grrrrrrr. MUST get going on the rollers by Saturday because otherwise I will go crazy and people will not want to be anywhere near me. ;-)
Congrats to Thad Neil and Steve Bullerman for finishing 24th and 37th, respectively, in the 'B' race at
Cross Nationals yesterday. Good showing by the Iowans.
