Mon: 20 min run
Tue: 1 hour spin, 2 hour mtn bike, 30 min paddle
Wed: rest
Thur: 1 hour night mtn bike, 1 hour night run
Fri: rest
Sat: 1:30 paddle, 4 hours orienteering, 1:30 mtn bike
Sun: 2 hour mtn bike, 1 hour spin, weight training
This was a good high intensity week for me, particularly with the
orienteering event on Saturday; I'll have more to say about the
Saturday event in my next post.
