La Grande Dixence
Another great climb up to an Alpine hydro-electric dam/lake. 26.6 kilometres and 1680 metres (5500 feet) of ascent - this is a gigantic and beautiful ride well worth the visit.

Jura Giant: Mont Tendre (and Risel)
Mont Tendre is the highest point in the Jura mountains at 1,679 metres. It's another of those great, steep, deserted Jura roads climbing through the woods - with Alps views at the top.

Swiss Giants: Nufenen Pass and Furka Pass
A pretty epic day! There are loads of truly great climbs in central Switzerland which I have yet to explore. But today I rode two of the highest - amazing.

Gstaad, Col du Pillon, and Above
The French Alps are savage and exciting. But the Swiss Alps always seem picture-postcard beautiful.

Watching the Tour de Romandie Prologue Live
The 62nd Tour de Romandie started today. Romandie (Romandy) is the French region of Switzerland so the entire Tour is near me. Eric, Katy and I went to watch the prologue on the lake front of downtown Geneva.

Mont Tendre and Col du Mollendruz
I knew it was a stupid idea, but at least I had a backup plan. Oh, and no parking your tank here!
